1. About DOVIAR

These terms govern purchases from DOVIAR. Shopify provides our storefront technology; your seller is the legal business identified below. You must be at least 18 to order adult products.

2. Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Your checkout shows the currency, items, shipping, applicable taxes and total before payment. Check your address and selections carefully. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order, not that it has shipped.

If an item cannot be supplied or a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different item or increase an agreed charge without your consent. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we will refund the amount paid for it.

3. One-time purchases

Each product's price is shown on its product page and at checkout. For example, ÉLAN costs $39.99 USD and the GLIDE and RINSE add-ons cost $24.99 USD each. Every product is a one-time purchase: there is no membership, subscription or recurring charge. Your checkout shows the complete total before you pay.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to supported destinations. See our Shipping policy for delivery details.

US estimates are 1–2 business days processing plus 5–10 business days in transit. Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees.

5. Returns and consumer rights

Our Returns policy explains the discretionary 30-day window for eligible unused, unopened and sealed products from your first order, alongside statutory remedies. Contact us promptly about a fault, incorrect item or order-change request. A request is not a guarantee that dispatch can be stopped.

Nothing here excludes nonwaivable rights, including applicable EU/EEA withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty goods. Any hygiene-seal exception applies only where legally permitted. Mandatory protections take priority over a conflicting term.

6. Privacy, questions and changes

Our Privacy policy explains personal-data handling. Contact support to seek a resolution to a concern; this does not restrict lawful complaints or court remedies.

Updated terms apply prospectively, not retrospectively to existing orders. Keep your order confirmation and the terms supplied when purchasing.

7. Product information and store use

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and use products only as intended. Stop using an item that appears damaged or unsafe and contact support. Personal-wellness products are not represented as medical treatment; individual experiences vary. Product photographs are for illustration; the item you receive may differ slightly in finish, color or packaging. Lighting and screen settings can affect displayed colors.

Provide accurate order details and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person's rights. Brand materials may be protected by intellectual-property law. Any review you submit must reflect your own experience and must not disclose another person's private information.
