Yes. You pay once for your ÉLAN set. There is no subscription or recurring charge.
Is ÉLAN body-safe?+
ÉLAN has a soft-touch, body-safe silicone exterior. Read the included instructions before use and stop using the device if irritation occurs. For adults 18 and over.
Can I use ÉLAN in the shower or bath?+
ÉLAN is designed to be waterproof. Follow the supplied instructions for use around water and cleaning. Always dry the device thoroughly before charging.
How loud is ÉLAN?+

What is your return policy?+
Request an eligible return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. For hygiene reasons, the product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Defective or incorrect items are handled separately. Read our full refund policy for all conditions.
How long does the battery last?+
Up to two hours, depending on the settings used. A USB charging cable comes with every device. Follow the included charging instructions.
