Delivery area & shipping cost

The intended service follows our sister store: free shipping within the United States, excluding destinations where these products cannot lawfully be supplied. The final available destinations and delivery charges must match the options displayed before payment.

Processing & delivery

Allow 1–2 business days for processing, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after processing, depending on destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking & packaging

A tracking email is sent after dispatch. Orders are intended to ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no visible product descriptions or branding. The payment-statement descriptor is controlled by the payment provider and must be confirmed before launch; no particular descriptor is promised here.

Delivery issues

Contact us promptly about a late, missing, damaged or incorrect order. For visible damage, please report it within 48 hours where possible and include your order number and photographs. This reporting request does not limit statutory rights. A carrier investigation may be needed for a missing parcel.
