Where we deliver

We deliver to the destinations available when you enter your address at checkout. If your address is not accepted, please contact support@doviar.com before ordering. Availability can differ by product and destination.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order to supported destinations. Your complete order total is shown at checkout before you pay.

United States delivery estimates

Allow 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier disruption, address issues or exceptional demand may cause delays.

Other supported destinations

The US estimate does not apply internationally. Available delivery options are shown at checkout. Destination-specific import taxes or customs charges may apply separately. Ask us before ordering if you need clarification about delivery to your address.

Questions or delays

Contact DOVIAR support with your order number if an address needs correcting or delivery is delayed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. See our Returns policy for returns and remedies. Nothing here limits mandatory delivery or refund rights. Later policy changes do not retrospectively alter the shipping terms agreed for an existing order.
